I think you should send in a copy of this to Customer Service and inform them that you are still waiting on your missing RPUs and GPUs.

Do they have a new lifetime category for you 5 BM? Your whole family and your 2 dogs and 3 cats get GS for life.

And you should hop right on redeeming some of those 1 Billion Reward Miles for First Class tickets for wherever you want to go.
