So now that the dust has settled, can folks provide a couple clarifications?
I booked a couple of overlapping tickets just to test out some routes. As I understand it, I have 24 hours from the time of booking to get a refund on these tickets. Is that correct?
Second, is there a way to cancel tickets online, or do I have to call in? (trying to avoid the latter).
