I wasn't able to find any departure availability TPA-BOS on any Friday or Saturday through at least July on the low fare. Am I missing something? Would love to go for the weekend but it appears that is not possible at the $74 plus fare. Also kind of defeats the purpose if you want to do a mileage run since there is a three day stay requirement unless you fly on Th-Sat, in which case you can come back Sun.
