I live in Denmark and was able to purchase fare today with a Danish credit card, but no charge has shown up yet so it's hard to say whether it will happen? Though I booked with Norwegian this week as well and don't see that charge yet either. I don't think my bank shows "pending" charges, but shows a difference between my balance and "available" that roughly correlates to both airline charges.
From what I've gathered here, I might have a better chance of having my fare honored because I have a legitimate Danish address. Will it help at all that I used a Danish card and paid directly in DKK? Could they still try to increase my fare? Or will they more likely cancel?
Very curious how this will pan out for everyone...
