I can't find the price now, but it looks like GoGo bus (site in Chinese; with bilingual graphics explaining where to buy a ticket at HKG) goes to the Yin Feng HuaYuan/Garden Hotel in Nancheng. 7-person vans run until 22:30, at roughly two per hour.

Other than that, the HKG website isn't too useful. Once you get to T2 though, bus touts will be asking you where you're going and can help you.
