I find it annoying that there are GAs and CSAs that work flights 30 or 40 hours a week month after month and still dont really seem to know the schedules or destinations
The GA's and CSA's are there to work their assigned flights - not be an expert in all things AS. If they started quoting flight schedules without looking in the computer, then we would have a thread titled "GA/CSA gave me erroneous flight info!".
Seriously, though, the airlines play with their times and number of flights so much that GA's and CSA's really have a hard time keeping up. Frequencies seem to vary week to week at times. Just look it up in the .pdf schedule online!
