That is the crux of the issue here with the OP. The auditor did not look past the surface on this issue and locked down the account. I don't agree with how they handled it for such a HVC, but they did what they did. The auditor that got involved over the weekend listened to the facts and corrected the situation. This could have drug out for weeks, but was resolved quickly. There will always be problems, it's how they get resolved that separates a good company from a great company.
