I checked the booking again in the 'Manage My Booking' page and the birthdate is all correct. In fact I'm checked into the flight via OLCI, so I'm not sure if I will have issues.
Unless something has changed, SQ blocks minors from doing OLCI. So if you have checked in online you should be OK.
However there is always the risk of SQ's rules doing something idiotic. It happened to one of my children when the age for the waiver went from 17 to 18. She'd flown once without a waiver after her 18th birthday. Next flight she checked in, went to the lounge and was grabbed there. SQ refused to allow her on the flight as she was a minor (again) unless she could get someone in Singapore to confirm they would be meeting her. And of course it was 2 am at night there so no one answered the phone at home, so she really panicked.
