Here is the executive summary of what is currently on offer. CX MP DM never mentioned again since 2013. Emirates Skywards Gold is nice. I had a paid J ticket and got op-up to F recently but where I am based and where I need to go I have very little opportunity to fly EK. It's usually MH/TG/CX for me

An unpublished feature for some accounts is now the inclusion of a dedicated relationship manager. I had one who was positively useless. Spoke to mgmt and was assigned a somewhat more helpful person. Overall it doesn't do much though.
Kind of reminds me of the Starwood Platinum Ambassador where you see promos on SPG TV and think this is going to blow your mind. It won't.
My RM is my champion within Amex HKG but cannot get stuff done that couldn't be done without an RM. Just smooths out the communication a little.
Also all these meet and greet VIP escort and limousine benefits mentioned above obviously only apply on certain J and F tickets that you purchase via the super incompetent and frustrating Centurion Travel Service. Most of the time you can get much cheaper tickets off the airline website and book yourself a limo and still come out ahead vs. the CTS prices.
Having said that you do sometimes get lucky. And there is the occasional WOW offer or FHR bargain. But to sum it up: It's bad value. I travel 100 days / year and struggle to see much benefit vs. a Platinum charge card.
