I have a booking with SQ.

After I entered my passport and relevant information, I am instructed to download and complete the Assistance & Handling Waiver form. I have not had this message before; the ticket is for an adult hence the confusion.

I'm wondering if there is an issue with the booking or it safe to ignore the message?


A couple calls to SQ has yielded no useful information.
