Had the same issue for MRS. account - dropped couple of mails without response and pathetic call center guys were never able to figure out the issue.
One tweet - and in 15 minutes got call back from JP Senior Staff and in next 5 minutes account was up and running.
May be publicly mentioning it to them only shames them...try on Twitter I would say!
