I am replying en bloc, as we say here in the land of the Northern Peso. The fare was all inclusive and in fact was as little as $28.00 US having regard to the prevailing exchange rate of the day, but do not be distracted by my allusions to international currency differentials as I am expressing the cost in US$ for ease of reference only. So far no winners but those concentrating on the Left Coast may have more luck. Cheers!
