To people doing $200k+ MS, is AmEx the only company that will put up with those levels of MS? What are your stated incomes?

My stated income is a little over $100k, but I was planning to start MSing $20k-$25k/month soon.

I'm splitting it across four redbird cards, reloadits, and serve. I'm spending on 4-5 cards (AA, Alaska, UR pts). If AmEx doesn't care at all, I would just get AmEx fidelity and max my IRA for the year for free.
