My experience was a broken power outlet, AC810 (YYZ-IST), on a J upgrade. I was given the long form, and a few weeks later received the evoucher. IFE worked fine, I just couldn't power my laptop to work on it.
Or none at all and 5000 AE points. My SD on my broken IFE said they stopped giving out the cards?
