I will be traveling from the USA to Dongguan to attend a conference and am planning to take a nonstop flight to Hong Kong and going straight from the airport to DG.

I gather that my options are boat, bus or train. My flight gets in around 6:30 pm, which looks to be too late for the ferry option. Am I better off taking a bus from the airport to DG, or taking a train (which sounds like it requires going to the train station in HK proper)?
