I agree with Davistev. I always spend a few days wherever I go on a Mileage run and I still consider it a Mileage Run. I probably wouldn't go if it weren't for all those lovely miles (at a cheap price) but I just can't stand to go to Tokyo or Zurich or London or any place without at least looking around for a few days. I have to admit, I've never been to Boise or Ottowa but if the miles and the price looked good I certainly wouldn't hesitate.
