Where would you otherwise eat breakfast? Will you have a car and easy access to off-property food?
It's a suburban setting...likely a Panera or Einstein's or whatever nearby. If it were me, I wouldn't pay much for concierge. Maybe $10/day. I attribute very little value to the evening spread at a typical U.S. Marriott: mainly because I'm rarely there and partly because the spread is usually a bit on the spartan side.
Disclaimer: I know nothing in particular about this Marriott...just assuming their lounge is average or "brand-standard".
