Trying to use this now to check in to Mexico City Airport Hilton. My reservation is for a king bed non-smoking and it pre-selected a double bed room. I tried selecting other rooms but when I go to save it, it just fails and says try again later or wait until I get to the hotel.

Sort of was hoping to get it to work since my flight doesn't arrive until midnight and this hotel still has smoking rooms. Really don't want to get stuck with that.

So I guess you can add me to the rest of the folks saying 'what's the point?'
