1. Some like to toss the word fraud around, but some of us realize that's not always the case. There are also a lot of things in T&Cs that don't get enforced, or the T&Cs are ambiguous. I wouldn't worry about it too much. But regarding the split weekend this weekend, others have given you input on 2 dif ways to handle it.

2. Yes. If you refer your husband via the refer a member link, then you will get 2,000 points per stay for his first 5 stays (within one year) & he will get 2,000 points per stay for his first 5 stays.
