I was flying from LHR to YOW yesterday and the screen at my seat 9A did not work. Not surprising as these 767 planes are getting tired. I was in J cabin and asked the flight attendant to help fix it. He went through the usual steps and try to reset it twice; still no luck.
Near the end of the flight he gave me a card (see attached). I've gone to the page and filled out my information, but no response yet.
Do you know what AC typically gives as compensation for this on a 7 hour international flight with no IFE system in business class?
