BA really should introduce more sleep style sercixe - the late night to DXB is a prime candidate for having meals removed and extra sleeping time implemented.
They should, in all cabins. Do crew really need the lights for service? Pax have their own lights if they need them.
Anything taking off in Darkness (at night) should remain in darkness until 20, perhaps 40 mins out.
It would be especially handy when travelling with children, for both the parents and non parents!
