Air Asia website wonky - or is it just me?

I have tried to login to my AirAsia "account" and have been refused since this past week end. The message is that I have the wrong password.

When I try to reset my password and get the link sent to my email account, the link starts with the password reset page but then redirects me to a page that says I have an error and try again with the link I clicked on (in my email). Specifically it states: "Reset your password
Sorry, you’ve clicked on an invalid link. Please try again by clicking on the link sent to your email." I tried this with my work computer and my home computer and get the same result - error message.

An endless loop.

Anyone else face this or should I call Air Asia to alert them/discuss this issue? IF Skype to a telephone number is the way to go, which country and which number should I use to deal with this IT issue?

TIA
