Same. For example, I have to be in ORD next autumn but instead of flying direct I am taking a longer way to maximise TPs.

As to the question, I did a pure TP run last spring to obtain Gold. It was a AMS-HEL-LCY-HNL run that netted me 1500 TPs in one go. I used my new benefits about seven or eight times.
