My recollection is that the FAs are working hard with the dine-anytime stuff, and turndown service would be one more thing for them to do. I suspect that EY haven't increased the number of FAs on the plane. So I hope the service is willingly and consistently provided, because an added cushion (which I've experienced on QR in J, CX in F) does make a distinct improvement to sleeping comfort. It sounds that at least in the first month it was not provided. Any later reports would be appreciated.
