We just got back from 7 days at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. It was wonderful- and exceeded our expectations
The suites are large with huge whirlpool baths.They have a romance concierge that can do turn down service with rose petals and candles.
The pool is just huge and the property is right on a pretty wide beach.
Food was consistently good, as were the drinks.
Customer service was also great and the resort is really clean- we never saw one piece of trash the entire time we were there.
We saw several couples there on their honeymoon.
For me, I'd stay here until the Hyatt Ziva/Zilara in Jamaica can get everything sorted out...
