The A318 can't taxi down the main apron as the wingspan is too wide. If they initially miss D on landing Runway 27 they have to backtrack to take it anyway, Link C is not an option. This is why departing 09 they enter at link D and taxi west before a 180 degree turn before departure. Remember this apron was laid out for Dash 7s.
