I'd fly to Iceland a couple of days early, break the flight and use my $400 saving to spend 48 hours or more seeing geysers, volcanoes, the Blue Lagoon and other highlights before heading on to the Baltic.

No idea on the quality of flight service. But there's a real tourist opportunity here!
