The Iceland air flight only makes sense if you break up the trip with a stopover in Reykjavik for a few days. Beautiful country. Other than that, I'd go for the BA flights. Iceland air flights are roughly 4 hours each, which doesn't give you any proper time to sleep. Also, the WTP seats and service are much better than the 757's that Iceland air uses.
