On more thing: I see that on EY's web page it says

"On longer flights, enjoy a turndown service including a mattress, cotton loungewear and slippers."

I never got these things in J on ORD-AUH or AUH-ORD. Is this flight not long enough? Or was this feature not in place back in late 2012?

How does the turndown service work---will they come by and offer it, or will they ignore me until I ask?

Is loungewear the same as pyjamas?
