As far as I know, all circle trips are limited to two stopover points. That is what prevented you from getting a good price for one trip where you "visit" LAS, SAN and FLL.

If the distances work out, you could do two open jaws, but LAS and SAN are way too close together for LAS-SAN;SAN-FLL to be an open jaw.
