Stayed there last week. Was upgraded to a Bund view room. Also received a 100RMB credit at the Long Bar and complimentary breakfast. I'm a Gold member.

Service was superb - from the moment I walked in I was immediately accompanied directly to my room for an in-room check in. Was given chocolate cookies, maltese and fruits.

I also asked and received a personal tour of the hotel. Got to see a few suites and heard about the history of the hotel. Apparently it used to be a KFC at one point....

Overall, good stay. Good location. The Jean George restaurant is next door as well, although it isnt as good as its NYC flagship.
