They stopped doing it a couple years ago. Used to bring back Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes for my kids birthdays and until around 2 years ago they used to assist with putting it in the chiller... then they stopped stating 'hygiene reasons'...

But they do provide a reasonable amount of dry ice...

Thankfully Cheesecake factory is meant to be making its way to HKG some time soon!
