True; she hinted that DFW-ICN might be upsized to the 77W once there were enough 777s reconfigured with 2-classes.
As to LAX-ICN, it's the polar opposite of a long-and-thin route that cries out for the tiny 787-8. Between KE and OZ, there are multiple daily A380s, along with some 77Ws and 77Ls thrown in. LAX-ICN is the largest market between the 48-states and Seoul, and if DFW warrants a potential upgauge to a 77W, then filling a 777 from LAX should be simple.

PEK is just for show as this is a new route and AA is trying to get the Chinese excited and willing to fly with them. I still think this plane will go to NRT later in the year and is what I was told. As for EZE, makes perfect sense, although my own logic tells me it would make more sense to have it fly from MIA instead of DFW. But I trust AA knows what they are doing...(/sarcasm).
MIA-EZE is the largest market between the USA and Argentina, and AA carries about three times as many passengers on that route as it does on DFW-EZE (a route I would describe as "thin"). AA dominates traffic to South America, and its Latin America yields (average fares) are far higher than Delta or United in Latin America. Against all that, I don't see MIA-EZE warranting a smaller plane unless it's a daily third flight (an addition) from MIA.
