I've stayed there several times in the past few years. I don't recall anything that would make me want to warn you off the place. Standard HGI rooms and good breakfast. Decent staff apart from one front desk guy who seemed a little put out when I asked him to please assign me a different room than the one they had preselected. But he did what I asked so no big deal. I just wanted a room on the top floor because it's often more quiet up there. Nowadays I'd just use online checkin to pick the room I want. And I'd probably pick a room facing the parking lot instead of the street to minimize noise.

I wanted to stay there one weekday in October when my husband had an early morning medical procedure nearby the next day but they were sold out. Their rates can be higher than other HGIs I've used but they seem to be very successful at those rates so they're obviously doing something right.
