I read many times from fellow FTers that E-mail was already there upon arrival from delayed flight, so was hoping I would get something as well.
I've gotten exactly one of those e-mails, ever. If it's not waiting for you when you land, it's not happening.
I figured as a 1K for nearly 10 years I would get a little attention.
There are tens of thousands of 1Ks. And dozens if not hundreds of delayed/cancelled flights every day. This is not a realistic expectation.
Although it was nice the one time I got the proactive e-mail. Too bad UA apparently doesn't have the CS resources to implement that practice more broadly.
