It's my first quarter converting automatically from CC points to BAEC

The Clubcard points disappeared about 2 weeks ago, I got an email on 3rd Feb saying my points had been converted to 3960 BA Avios but none arrived.

A quick question, should I have a membership number next to where it says membership number below?



I am wondering if it has somehow disappeared from my profile
