DL has done a lot of schedule changes. We fly this route regularly and they cancelled an April light my wife and I were booked on, and put each of us on a different flight.

Luckily, all of the aircraft types commonly used on the route have 12 F seats, but she might have lost the window or aisle she wanted.

You should check her PNR and see which flight she's on and where she's seated.
