I don't know why east coast sleeper services have a second service at all. If you want breakfast you can get it in the arrivals lounge.
I suspect that many people in CW normally have breakfast as a muffin and latte from starbucks at the station on the way to work.
Perhaps a goodie bag for all passengers on arrival would be better - ranging from a tiny muffin for WT, to a 50p pot of fruit for CW?
