It's still there (been moved upstairs) but has been converted into a conference room and isn't open to the public (at least to my knowledge).
It was open when we visited a week or so before the official re-opening last year. There was also a retired pilot up there w his grandson who enjoyed 'driving' the plane. Then again, there was hardly anybody there beyond construction workers, so maybe we wandered into private territory unnoticed.
