One would ask, who is this Mr. Baker? One would find that his title is: Senior Vice President and General Counsel for
Air Canada.
Coming from the company that said they delisted their own shares on NASDAQ, that comment by AC doesn't suprise me.
Luckily for AC, the Competition Tribunal can't do anything until AC is out of court protection or the court saids otherwise.
