I'm now disabled and cannot walk too well or too far but usually prefer not have wheeled assistance. Therefore my only requirement for a business lounge is location ie how near is it to the gate. BA in general and LHR in particular are a disaster in this regard but smaller hubs like HEL are perfect and I now use AY from MAN via HEL to eastern routes.

Returning from these foreign climes I do use a wheelchair as such services in NRT/PEK/BKK seem to be better organised than the UK. Lounge requirements in these cases are a comfy seat, good coffee, and a UK paper.
