ability to avoid noisy people on phones, avoidance of misbehaving children, avoidance of DYKWIA's, warm food and snack selection, nice clean showers, fast wifi, welcoming desk staff, rapid table clearing. But space and quiet my main priorities.
Is the ice cream back?
