location in the airport (after security and close to where my gate will be to avoid any stress later)

quiet (otherwise I could sit in a bar or restaurant in the airport to get food or drink) I dislike anywhere with people screaming on their phones or doing a loud video 'meeting' or call home ruin the ambience for me. This also means NO announcements over any PA system.

decent seating (a choice of some relaxing seats and some seats for working / eating)

drink selection (not just alcoholic but also some variety of non)

some snacks (I don't expect a proper meal, but some good variety of snacks is appreciated).

Staff that welcome me into the lounge and clear up places when needed but otherwise just let one rest in peace.

Not bothered about wifi personally. Privately I want to enjoy the experience of the trip or travel or talk quietly with my travel companions. I can catch up later. Work wise, well, a break from being available is always nice
