You mean AC operating a flight intentionally at a loss? Perhaps to drive out competitors? Or just to lose money? How can that be? AC is only in CCAA and the Competition Tribunal has ruled against it. But the AC I know would never, ever, ever run flights at a loss.

Air Canada, in all its might and glory, is more than welcome to 1) try and put WS into CCAA protection; 2) complain to the Competition Tribunal and let them rule on these $9 fares.
AC has already tried/is still trying #1, with little to no success. To my knowledge, #2 hasn't been tried and AC is more than welcome to try it.
