There have been a bazillion articles in the local press re: a drastic reduction in Russian tourists.

I assume the Madrid and J'burg routes have the lowest yields, hence prime candidates for cutting? Again, I'm assuming the TG board, and the overseeing government "Super Board" analyzed the data and made these decisions based on available data? But then, maybe they just consulted a soothsayer?
