Planning a trip to Istanbul from ORD. Plan to use GPU for the UA flight across the Atlantic and back. Since UA does not fly to IST, looking for recommendations of what airport to connect and which airline to use for the flight from that connection point to IST.

When I search on UA, I see FRA and MUC. Looks like LH and Turkish Airlines are options. Any other options?
