I have often used the BA Twitter after boarding to highlight failings in cabin condition.
Nothing overly dramatic, just a photo and a few words saying - trim hanging off the wall in front of 64A or such like.
Usually I get a somewhat positive response, sometimes before takeoff, that we'll investigate next time the plane is back at base.
Whether they do, who knows, but at least it's trying to bring the issue to BA's attention.
