Experiences with when UA starts releasing R class seats (for US to Asia)

Been looking for R class availability for flights to Asia from US. Many/most flights have no availability despite well over 50% of cabin being empty. Assume waiting for those selling as revenue seats but I can't imagine all those seats will go. Literally pretty much every flight into HKG and NRT from US airports over coming months has no R seats.

Is there any way to figure out (from past experience and UA actions) when they start releasing these seats to R?
