Of course the 331st day happens at different times so if you call at midnight your time it could not be in effect at that call center yet. So you want to call at 5am Eastern time to make sure all call centers are tru'd up.
I want to go to Hanoi from Hong Kong on the same ticket. So, could I book it 330 days ahead at say 11:30am eastern time which would be 12:30am the next day in HKG , 331 days?
