Dropped from Gold to No Status, Switched business to Delta early last years and I am happily enjoying Platinum Status on that airline. UA Lost revenue $9,000 in 2014.

This should be changed to a poll

Reduced Status
Increased Status
Reduced Status due to MQM
Reduced Status due to moving to another carrier
